Trey Sullivan is a native Texan who has lived in and around the Hill Country all of his life. Trey graduated from Junction High School in 1997 and from Angelo State University with honors in 2001 with a Finance Degree and a specialization in Real Estate.
Trey is a licensed Broker, Realtor and a member of the National Association of Realtors. Trey has chosen to return to Junction and open his own Real Estate office specializing in farms, ranches, residential, and commercial properties in and around Junction and the Texas Hill Country.
Trey has many strong connections in the Real Estate and Business World in San Angelo, San Antonio, Houston, Austin, and Dallas. Because today’s real estate buyers for Hill Country Properties are often absentee owners who buy properties for retirement, recreation, hunting, and development purposes, having connections outside of the Hill Country can be very beneficial in finding the right buyer for your property.
Sam Silvers is a native Texan who grew up in Salado where he developed a love for the beautiful Texas countryside as a child. Sam started working cattle and sheep with his father at the ripe old age of 3 and has continued that love for livestock, ranch and land management to this day.
Sam graduated from Harker Heights High School in 2002 then went on to judge livestock at South Plains Junior College for two years. He then transferred to Texas Tech University where he graduated with a degree in Agriculture Leadership in 2007.
His passion for West Texas, hunting, and the sheep industry led him to Rocksprings where served as the Texas AgriLIfe Extension Agent for 6 years. While in Rocksprings he earned his master’s degree in Agriculture Education from Texas A&M Kingsville in 2012.
In the spring of 2013 he moved to Kimble County to become their Texas AgriLife Extension Agent. He lives north of Junction on his family’s ranch with his wife Jurahee and children Shepherd and Staten.
Sam is a licensed Real Estate Agent specializing in farm and ranch land in and around Junction and the Texas Hill Country. Since today’s real estate buyers for Hill Country properties are often absentee landowners who buy properties for retirement, recreation, hunting, and investment purposes it is imperative to have a knowledgeable agriculturist and land enthusiast like Sam Silvers on your side.
